The laser weapons are 55% more effective against shields than armour with prof. 5. Imagine if we had an armour version of the scrambler rifle - how all the amarr and gal boys would QQ.

The MD round takes about 1.5 seconds to reach you at 50m along with other performance differences, its nothing comparable to the scrambler rifle. |
